Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Special Discount Review Offer – Return & Exchange Policy

Customers who participate in our special offer by submitting a product review on our website and sending a screenshot to claim a ₹100 discount will not be eligible for a return of the reviewed product. By availing this offer, the customer agrees that the product will be classified as non-returnable.

However, exchanges are allowed To request an exchange, customers must contact our support team directly.

3. Return Process


To initiate a return:

  • Contact our customer service at info@trendmalls.in or call 90990 88066 within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and reason for return.
  • Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

5. Exchanges


If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
